These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlvvvv Casino ("jlvvvv," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), operated at the domain jlvvvv.cam. This Agreement is written in English. In case of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the jlvvvv platform and close your account.

To open and maintain a jlvvvv Casino account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

jlvvvv reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to account security concerns. Acceptable documents include valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID.

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered jlvvvv account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity documents, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus entitlements.

Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jlvvvv login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. jlvvvv support staff will never ask for your password.

Minimum deposit is ₱100. Available payment methods may change and will be displayed on the current deposit page within your account.

Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your jlvvvv account are from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of any unlawful activity. jlvvvv is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the source of funds for large transactions and may request supporting documentation accordingly.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. jlvvvv aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within approximately five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts, subject to payment processor availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to four hours during banking hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jlvvvv platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
